Takes huge chunks of the advisors money. The “support” doesn’t seem authentic. They also let people say stuff that doesn’t go along with your services or add up, stay as a review for advisors The web and app set up is off putting. The app could be so much better. Can’t message clients on it so you have to go to web and there’s a crash in system having everything open at once even though that’s how it’s set up. They take all that money and on top of that has huge glitches on app and the app doesn’t have all the features. Greedy and incompetent 🧿

Very Glitchy
This app is CONSTANTLY dropping chats- or saying sent, delivered, and not read. Unless I’m directly on my computer it makes it really hard to work on the go sometimes. As a result, I find myself having to send out three minutes to clients regularly just to make up for the glitches that is continually happening on the platform and I don’t know what else to do. I have emailed tech support. And now as of tonight, it’s creating a lot of problems with clients trying to call in. Please update this app, it seems like it needs a tune up.
