Terrible web experience wrapped as iOS app
Creating a new account was a debacle - unresponsive UI input during creating of account and credit card input. Web app wrapped in iOS means location services don’t work reliably. As a result, first time user experience was horrible. Arguably, my fault for not checking the exact address for my order. Waited in the (wrong) store for 15 minutes before realizing my mistake. Given the price and quality of the food, I’d hope for a complementary quality app experience. This is not even close.
