Hi there!

I am Maria Maersk, I have an MD, PhD, and offers individual and team courses in corporate mindfulness.

I help leaders and employees thrive at work, being more efficient and resilient.



The “Practice mindfulness” App contain a special developed audio program with exercises for increased inner balance, focus and joy in every day life.



Training focus increases your performance and success, both at work and in your professional and private relationships.



Every exercise targets a specific challenge, as overthinking, sleeplessness, physical or psychological pain, which often is caused by stress or pressure.


The program is developed as a supplement for my courses, but can give you a feeling of, how you yourself can work on achieving increased focus and inner calmness.



I recommend that you listening to an exercise at least once a day for a week, before you proceed with the next mindfulness meditation on the list.
