Needs additional features

I’ve been looking for an app like this for awhile but they are all missing a key feature. The way you search for movies. Whether it be by genre, actor, director but most importantly by year or decade. I want to be able to go through the years and check off the movies I have seen. I was born in the 90s so movies from that era and the early 2000s are more relevant to me and I think it would make the search easier. In addition, I think adding natural categories like “Pixar Movies”, “Academy Award Winners”, “Highest Grossing Films of All Time”, etc. are good categories to add. Having the movies connected to actors is important as well. Kind of like a Spotify artist profile. I should be able to click on Leonardo DiCaprios profile and check off the movies that I have seen with him in it. Additionally, I want to be able to check off a movie without having to click into the page that offers additional information. Swipe left for “want to see” swipe right for “have seen” or vice versa. Finally, none of the movies that I saved ended up in my “watched” category after saving them which defeats the purpose of why I’m trying to use the app.
