StretchitAir is an exercise program for stretching during flights. It’ll help prevent ankle swelling, muscle pain, stiffness, and dehydration – reducing the risks that make flying so hard on your body.
Our flight wellness calculator, helpful reminders, and stats will keep you feeling great no matter how long you’re in the air.
AIRPLANE STRETCHING ROUTINES
