Barely functional
This app is mediocre to say the least. It is poorly designed and has plenty of bugs. It’s unfortunate that as customers we have no other option as online banking is at extra costs and you can’t use the app for a business account. There’s just so many drawbacks to this app it’s a miracle it’s running. There is a great inconsistency when it comes to it working. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. It’s definitely not reliable. But like I said you don’t have much of an option.

Biometric Security on iOS
Great app have used it since it launched and love its functionality. But I find it strange until today we can’t use BioMetrics (Fingerprint / Face ID) to log in every time we have to use the pin. Other banks have had this feature for years now. I expected the new update to this. Can we incorporate this.
