Terrible app
I’d love nothing better than to support an alternative to Amazon. But Glassboxx isn’t it. I’ve bought a book but can’t access it and have received no explanation from tech support or information as to when the issue might be resolved. The Help section is ridiculously basic. Now I can’t even log in because the app is telling me my verification code isn’t valid. Help just tells me to enter my verification code to log in!
Not happy 2.18
Not impressed
Have not been able to log in to retrieve my ebook and have received zero help. I’ve contacted both the seller of the book and Glassboxx and have been told they will get back to me. The system does not have a specific spot to create an account and instead says all you need to do is type in your email from the website you purchased your book and follow instructions.. yet Glassboxx does not recognize my email and no one has gotten back to me. A total waist of money on the book and a total waist of time with this app.
