Overly complicated for basic ordering

Hard to place a basic reorder. And instead of offering a partial payment just force a reload of the wallet. This not great

Payment is annoying

Love Matto’s tasty snacks & coffee, the best for the $ in NYC. And the people that work at my location on Maiden Lane are the best! But the app won’t let me use Apple or any stores cards and I keep having to re-add my payment method in. Please take Apple or google pay.

SCAM

Do not add money to this app. It is a scam. They will take your money and they won’t refund it. They charged me in error and even though I was told it would be refunded in 2-3 days, it has now been over a month. I have been in multiple times and they keep telling me it will be refunded in 2-3 days. SCAM.
