Terrible
This is a bug filled, clunky, unreliable app that should be smooth and dependable. So disappointing when one is a concierge client.

Slow
Just installed this App. Clunky. Slow. Not intuitive. There is not even a print button within the App. No landscape mode, really? Why not just use MyChart as do most if not many hospitals/ Health Systems? Certainly with all the talent USC has access to, this should be a far better, easier-to-use and more intuitive.
