Mtcp is the lightweight tool for ModbusTCP communication. Mtcp allows you to interface with any Modbus TCP-enabled device over Wi-Fi so you don't have to use your laptop for simple checks. The app provides a clean interface to perform essential read and write operations with ease.

Slick n easy
Works good for me, we use registers 40028,40015-18, they all work and connect swiftly. Make sure to just use 28, 15,16,17,18 and it’ll poll.
