FrenchQuizzz is a simple app designed by an experienced teacher to skill up your French with very little efforts but with repetition. It is made of short quizzes of 10 questions focusing on only one verb (être) used with more than 800 everyday life words and expressions. Difficulty is organized on 3 levels from 1 to 3.
Skills in this app focuses on: mastering the verb “être”, expressing citizenship, physical and psychological description, and very common idiomatic expressions.
The first level (1) focuses on how to properly conjugate the verb according to the subject. A random sentence is proposed to you but the verb is missing: you need to select the correct answer among three possibilities.
The second level (2) focuses on how to correctly chord the complement with the subject depending on whether it masculine, feminine, singular or plural. A random sentence is proposed to you but the complement is missing: you need to select the correct answer among three possibilities.
The last level (3) is a mix of levels 1 and 2. A full sentence is proposed to you, but it is possible some mistakes have crept inside. Check verb and complements carefully: if you think there is no mistake, then select “VRAI”. Otherwise, select “FAUX”
Even though you may clear the highest level (3), we encourage you to keep on playing until you also understand all the vocabulary.
At each level, you will need to reach a minimum average score of 5/10 on 10 plays (each of them having 10 questions) to get access to the test. And… you need to reach a score of 50/100 to clear the test and access to the next level. Tests are time limited.
When you successfully pass a test, you gain a bonus: the list of words used in this level.
