Notification/activation not making siren sound
Been using the app for almost a year now and still have the same issue. When our team is activated through this app, users wearing Apple Watches do not receive the siren sound for the notification. The sound is a quiet, simple couple of beeps, which can be every hard to hear. If you do not open the app after the first notification, the app notifies you again with only a few quiet beeps. Those not wearing the smartwatch will get a siren sound for notification/activations. All settings on phones and watches allow notifications to come in, are on sound, and settings are the same for users with and without watches. Overall the app is very useful and easy to use, but not having the siren sound is very inconvenient. Even with ringtone all the way up, the beeps are very quiet and will not wake me up if I get activated at night.
