Can’t Login
App states that my username is an invalid email address but then says my email address is not associated to any account(which it is). I can log in via web with my username and password just fine but the app. Please fix because service lines now strongly encourage customers to use the app that can’t be logged into.

Cannot login
I cannot login to my account. When I try using my normal login information, it says the information is incorrect. When I try to sign up for a new account, the boxes come up blank so that I cannot see what information I need to enter in order to create a new profile. I have tried reinstalling the app but there was no change. I wish this would be fixed so that I could use the app.
