This app to developed to improve the communication between health care workers (RN, LPN, CNA, Social Services, Administrators) at the health care facilities (nursing/skilled nursing facility, addiction rehab, or hospital) with psychiatric providers (MD, DO, ARNPs, PhD, Psy D, LCSW). You will be required to register using your educational credentials and email address. All users of the app are required to follow the HIPAA guidelines.
