1) Easily locate the condominiums/apartments by tenure, market segment (CCR/RCR/OCR), TOP year, nearby MRT lines. No need to ask others any more "where to find Freehold projects around XXX area less than 10 years old" even if you are not familiar with the area.
2) Easily find out the information of properties when you pass by an area.
3) Easily check if there are enough transactions of units with preferred size and visualize the market trend in the past years.
