Beyond Awful

This is without a doubt the worst travel booking service I have ever used. They charge extra to guarantee that they can provide you worse service than booking with the airline directly. Need to change a flight? You know, within policy? Can they do it?? They can pretty much guarantee they will fail to do it on time and you’ll be left taking the wrong flight and paying extra for the privilege. Perk goes above and beyond to get ensure they will lose your business.
