I can’t trust the bank
I created a bank account with this bank not too long ago. I went to a branch to receive a card, moments later when trying to set it up in the app, I got an error message. The customer service line didn’t absolutely nothing to help and made it worse of anything. The help they claimed to perform created more error messages and now I have zero access to my money. I’ve had the account less than 20 days and thinking about closing.

Infinite errors when trying to add my card to this app.
Just made an account not too long ago because I heard good things about this bank. I received my card, activated it through the phone service like instructed to on the card, but now can not add it in this card manager app and I’ve been attempting for hours and keep getting “an error prevented us from making changes to your account. Please try again later”… Already thinking of closing this account now, because why is this a problem already? Also, this is the first bank I’ve ever needed to download a separate app to manage my cards. Do better FCCU, this is ridiculous.
