Months without ebooks
This was a good app. It allowed you to download ebooks without having to use any sort of third party DRM software. But it’s mostly useless now, and it has been for months.

Constant re-login required
I get maybe 30 mins of reading before it won’t load additional pages of an ebook. Then I have to log out and re log in to my institution first and then login to my personal account to have my saved books. Very frustrating for use with grad school and research
