-If you are a customer of Verisure and you have a Verisure Smart Alarm installed, you will only have to download and install the application. To start using it you will need a “username” and a “password” which you will be able to obtain on our or by calling our Customer Services line
-If you are a customer of Verisure and you have another device installed, or you do not know if your device is compatible with this application, call our Customer Services line and we will give you all of the information.
-If you are still not a customer of Verisure and you want to receive more information, you can contact us on our website or by calling. All of the products and applications used to control your alarm have the most stringent security systems thanks to the Verisure Technology which is exclusive to Securitas Direct.

Good app, but needs improvements
The Securitas app works fine overall, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved: 1. Smart lock logs – It would be very useful if the app showed which specific user opened or closed the smart lock, regardless of whether the alarm was armed or not. Right now, this information is missing, which limits the usefulness of the activity report. 2. Screen rendering on iPhone 13 Pro – The interface doesn’t seem fully optimized for the iPhone 13 Pro. The screen looks slightly short and not well adapted to the iOS layout, which affects the overall experience. 3. Worldwide Guardian Coverage. With these improvements, the app would be much more complete and user-friendly.

Hors Dom tom , les sms ne marche pas. Vous devez avoir un SIM Européen pour gérer vos services sur l’appli pour une seconde demeure en France, par exemple, avec votre SIM hors dom tom. Vous aurez besoin d’embaucher un gardiennage sur place avec une SIM locale. Aussi, depuis le magasin Apple, l’appli Française n’y figure peut-être pas. Cela explique le nombre de gens qui n’arrivent pas à se créer un compte. Dans ce même exemple, impossible de savoir si vous avez l’appli du bon pays: France pour surveiller une de vos demeure ds ce pays.
