Okay but not worth it
I used this app when I started out and it was great for the price due to my client pool being small. Although I quickly realized why this app is so much cheaper than other fitness apps. The workout builder is frustrating and clunky. The nutrition programming is difficult to use and logging food for my clients was a constant complaint I got. There is no automatic workout or rest timer. You have to start the time independently and there is not difference between the work timer and rest timer. Meaning if you have programmed a 30sec set of body weight squats with a 20sec rest interval, you have to hit the timer button set it to 30sec let it complete. Then hit it again reset it to 20secs and start that timer. Then repeat that for every single set. It was not functionally easy and detoured me from programming timed workouts or exercises. I submitted trouble tickets several times with a blanket response of “yea that’s a problem” or “thanks for your feedback”. But no resolutions or real contact. The only contact I’ve had that’s consistent is when I decide to cancel my membership only to find out that I can cancel till a year is up from when my subscription started. Now this is month to month and the frustration comes from being offered a lower grade subscription instead of cancelling, rejecting it cause I wanted to be done, then now being forced to pay full price till this year is up. I asked to be put on the lower tear of subscription till my membership is done, since they won’t let me out of it. And they have said it’s now not available and doesn’t apply to me. Keep in mind I still have my subscription active till this year portion is up! In short I don’t recommend because there’s better apps out there and the admin team is not helpful and ignores you till you try to cancel the account.

Just okay
it’s good for a community and working with a remote personal trainer, but it’s horrible for logging workouts and finding logged body measurements. On more than one occasion, the app has lost all of my logged exercise exercises sets, and reps just when I was almost done with my workout. Also, I have logged body measurements that I can never find so I’m switched to an app called Hevy. It’s easier to use. I haven’t lost any workouts. I can find my previously stored body measurements. A bunch of other nice features like being able to log my sets and reps on my Apple Watch and the fact that it will automatically start the rest timer a set. My PC Hub really needs to step up its game
