The Long Bay Smart Park App is a smart park management app for properties in the park as well as staff members, visitors, shops, and cafeterias. Its functions include the following:

Connects to smart devices related to smart buildings in the park, including access control, gates, elevators, air conditioners, water and electricity meters, and video surveillance, can be viewed and managed through the mobile app.
