Frauds: they merged with Cult and revoked gym memberships
Fitso revoked all gym memberships - the primary reason why I’d paid for it - after they merged with Cult. They’ve given curt responses on twitter to complaints from aggrieved consumers, and offered paid memberships to cult gyms. why should I pay for a service that I’ve already paid for? I’m going to take them to consumer court over this. Additionally, they require clicking a picture for facial recognition purposes every time a user checks in to a facility. No way this is compatible with the latest data protection bill.
