I always have to resubmit the preset command multiple times. Quite annoying

New version not an improvement

This app used to work more or less reliably on my Mac (which is much more useful for changing desk height regularly than having to get out my phone). Version 1.1 is pretty flaky on macOS at least; lost my presets, often fails to connect, you have to hold down the preset buttons instead of tapping them once.

Won’t work the first time

Calling this app to move my desk to a new saved position never works the first time. WiFi and Bluetooth enabled, and the app consistently ignores the first request.

Please Fix Siri/Shortcuts

I bought the vertdesk as it was the only desk to work with Siri. Unfortunately, the app is broken and I am unable to use Siri from my HomePod Mini/iPhone 12 Pro to control the sit/stand functionality. Please fix the app to work with shortcuts.

App Control fine, Siri Shortcuts broken

The one touch control in the app is great, and it really doesn’t take more than a second to warm up which is better than I would have expected : ) However, I really don’t want to have to find and open the app in order to switch to a preset. I really want to ask Siri to do that, and right now that functionality just doesn’t seem to work. It may be due to something in iOS 14 that broke the developer’s previous implementation, but either way an update needs to be put out in order to bring that functionality to a usable state. Would gladly update my review to 4 or 5 stars after that functionality is back, since I appreciate that there is an app for controlling this at all!
