Scanned 12,918 photos, detected 6,191 memes/junk, i personally reviewed all images and only had to save about 5-10. Photos app indicates only about 2,000 photos were removed though. Not sure why. But it was free and worked 👍. will definitely save you some time if you've found yourself with a stockpile of memes after years of doom scrolling.

It did some of what i wanted and helped clear a decent chunk
A few things in the app could be improved. When running a scan and it completes scan it will reset if your screen goes black or switch to a different app after a short period of time. I had to turn off auto lock. The app missed many memes and screen shots and some how grabbed some files that were personal photos i had taken but thankfully not many about 30 or so out of 2,900. I will try another scan in the hope it can find memes it missed before.
