Basic functions don’t work
Back buttons do not work, error messages are blank and the app freezes unexpectedly. Completely unusable- you’re better off just calling SDGE and asking to speak to a real person

Was not notified of due bill
This app is really wonky. Ever since I started the services and paid through the app I’ve been getting notifications before my bill is due. All of a sudden, I stopped receiving the notifications which resulted in a bill being past due. I never changed the notification settings so it did it on its own. Be wary.
