SO MANY ADS
First off, the game is mediocre at best. You really don't get to do much hands on doctor work. Maybe you do later in the game but I couldn't make it far enough because there is a 30 second ad after every other click. Once I finished the first level, there was an ad. I then click continue to move onto the next and there's another ad. JUST FOR CLICKING CONTINUE. It's absolutely outrageous and makes the game completely unplayable. You should not be spending more time watching ads for other games than you get to play the game you specifically downloaded.
