About Hand Therapy
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital has one of the largest hand therapy teams in the NHS with vast experience treating a range of upper limb conditions.
Hand Therapy was developed at the hospital to support your journey to recovery. The app contains high-quality exercise videos and fast access to educational treatment information that can be accessed anywhere, anytime to help comprehension and compliance with home rehabilitation. The exercise videos aim to motivate you to complete your prescribed programme with confidence.
Information included in this app is intended to be used in conjunction with treatment from a suitably qualified therapist or health professional and must be used under guidance. All content is based on best evidence and has been developed with patients in mind. If you experience pain or discomfort stop using the app and seek medical advice.
