Great technology
As a seasoned real estate agent we love this platform. It allows us to have an unhosted Open House for a Seller while providing a level of assurance of who is actually visiting the home. In today’s world you can’t be too safety conscious. As an agent it also help us connect with potential Buyers who aren’t represented by an agent already. How to be their virtual choice
I love the app it verifies the agent and/or let them know you need prequalification information and when they show PROPERTY, that is another agent - you can be there to answer any questions that they need. I would recommend it.
