Needs some logical updates
Few things that would help: 1.Phone number verification 2.Email verification 3.Sign in using phone number (sends a code) 4. “Press yes to confirm redemption” 5. Allow for points to be returned during app error 6. Coupons should work if I add them at checkout. 7. Password reset should last longer then a day 8. Why am I allowed to use a few coupons some time but only one for other times 9. Might be a good idea to create a physical card for those who don’t have a smartphone Once you start addressing some of those issues, you’ll start seeing more positive customers.

Can’t even make an account
Tried for over a week to make an account and it keeps saying to try back again later and never works. Went into the store and they didn’t have any ability to make an account for me. Manager even said I’m not the first person to tell him this.
