About Sunrise Intelligence
The Sunrise Intelligence Smart Device and app collect diagnostic data from your wheelchair, transmit that data directly to a web-based server, and update settings within the Smart Device to tailor the data collection to your specific wheelchair.
Key Features:
• Using Wi-Fi network communication technology, your Sunrise Intelligence Smart Device will transmit diagnostic wheelchair data to the web-based server automatically, as long as the Smart Device has a connection to a Wi-Fi network.
• Using Bluetooth communication technology, your Sunrise Intelligence Smart Device will communicate with the Sunrise Intelligence app to provide critical data for monitoring of the wheelchair and assist in trouble shooting.
• The diagnostic data collected by the system will provide a historical record to your dealer that will assist them in diagnosing wheelchair issues more efficiently.
• The diagnostic data will support the goal of reducing time to resolve wheelchair field issues, reducing overall technician visits, and provide data to improve the user/dealer relationship.
• The diagnostic data collected by the Sunrise Intelligence Smart Device will be secure by attaching no client personal data to the diagnostic data and have a limited set of individuals who are granted access to that diagnostic data.
