Can't log into my account... Lovely.

An error had occurred
I used to use this app all the time. I logged out a while back and have not been able to access this account since. It says an error has occurred any time I try to enter my information to gain access to my account. It’s been like this for a long time. I called pioneer and was told it would have to be reset. Well they didn’t reset it and I just stopped using the app.
