The map is terrible. The app is very slow. Ordering from Uber means you're helping Uber rip people off. Driver support is inadequate. Reaching live support is very complicated. Data updates are impossible. Even updating your phone number is very difficult.

Don’t waste your time
Spark is a complete joke! If you want to wait for months to be on a waitlist and then get accepted all for them to randomly deactivate your account without even taking your first order then don’t do it. They do this to so many people and they wonder why no one wants to work for them. Screw Spark Driver.
