I have bought in game add on. Especially diamonds. Never did receive the diamonds Update. It’s been a week since I brought this up. Still nothing yet. Where are my diamonds

All I can do is tap the screen to gain $1 Just a dirt road with couple trailers. Can’t do anything but just tap a screen. Weird game. Doesn’t work or ????
