Basic Bad and out of touch
This app is so useless. If I was the owner of the salon, I would’ve gotten rid of it long time ago. There’s so many things that make it not user-friendly and I feel like they’re just taking peoples money at this point and not putting any effort into making a great product. Use Vagaro or salon seat or booksi

Reports
As a technician I want to see a full report of what each client was charged and if they they left a tip and how much. I need to double check to make sure the desk didn’t make errors checking out the client.
