Nothing works
The app / lightbulb fails to connect, after following the steps exactly and confirming all the troubleshooting steps. Tried to get support, it led me to the website is buggy, it keeps resetting the chat, kicking me out and resetting the conversation. The product or app does not work, and can’t get support because the website is buggy, the only thing to do is refund the product, wasting lots of time here, pretty disappointing experience.
