This simple app is based on thousands of hours of research undertaken by Brendan Foley, the creator of The 5 States of Success.
It gets you to your behavioural change goals quickly and effectively - it takes between 60-90 days to create change and this app supports you on the journey with clear goal setting and reminders each day to put your behavioural changes into practice.
The goals are always phrased as a question - for example - "Did I connect with my team today?". By continually asking the same question everyday we hold ourselves accountable for the changes that we want to see. If you practiced the behaviour then touch the counter to register your success. (only one touch per day per State - we want to make sure you take 66 days to get there!)
If you can get to 66 days of practicing the new behavioural it will embed as a habit and you can enjoy the success. There are 5 States to choose from - my advice is pick 1 or 2, complete your activity on them before moving to the next State(s) - remember 'less is more' when you practice behavioural change.
