About Limber Health

Developed by doctors in sports medicine and physical therapy, the Limber Health app provides at-home programs for musculoskeletal health.

How Limber Works:

1) First complete our initial assessment that helps us learn more about you.

2) After learning more about your goals, get started on an exercise program which focuses on a scientific approach of improving motion and advancing strength.

3) Begin your program from the comfort of your home. Your program will include a series of easy-to-follow exercise videos that will become increasingly more challenging. Each video is between 15 - 25 minutes, guided on screen with instructions. The Limber app features clear and concise educational content.

4) You’re on the evidence-based path to improve motion, advance strength, and enhance quality of life.

Limber memberships are made available for free through employer benefits, health plans, providers, and public health programs - ask your human resources manager, health advisor, or local physician if you qualify for a free Limber membership!

*Limber Health is committed to protecting your privacy. The platform is private, secure, and HIPAA compliant.

Reviews for Limber Health

Not William III

Very displeased

No customer support no way to get an email to get on it even though my health provider sent them the information to get me on the app so I can do my rehab. Their communication skills are null.

Need landscape view

Poor image

I like the video, but I do not like the fact that they are locked in portrait mode and therefore the images are too small when mirrored to my tv.
