1.Bluetooth connection
The APP connects to the AIRSTEP hardware via Bluetooth, to wireless edit parameters and switch presets.
2.Fully programmable
All parameters of AIRSTEP hardware can be programmed in the APP, including full function MIDI messages, HID messages, and Footswitch messages. It also supports free selection of output interfaces.
3. Unlimited presets saving
The APP can save presets without any upper limit, and the presets can be transferred to the AIRSTEP hardware side with one click.

The app functionality is so frustrating
The thing constantly connects and disconnects using the app. I’m trying to get it to function with an expression pedal to operate another pedal, no dice. The app and communication to hardware is awful. on the latest firmware. 1.9.7

Company needs to hire a UX person
These are fantastic devices that are hobbled by unintuitive software, and documentation that is both unorganized and spread out everywhere. They're sticking with these products which I really appreciate even though it seems like a struggle. Definitely no shame in that, but customers could use someone thinking about their experience to pull it all together. This software is usable, but is not designed to be intuitive. If you do each individual firmware update one after another, you might be up-to-date enough to then filter through all the documentation and hope not to run into out-of-date or superceded info. You'll probably spend a lot of time on the XSonic Users facebook group.
