Additionally, the platform’s fee structure is somewhat inconsistent—rather than applying the 25% fee to the actual first confirmed sit (based on time and date), it is charged on whichever booking is confirmed first. While the app serves as a helpful tool, it’s clear that its policies are designed to maximize revenue from both parents and sitters rather than prioritizing user convenience.
