Illiterate AI
Worst app to ever be created. Using Ai and its full of grammatical errors. All the quiz questions are the same. I could give it 0 stars if possible

Low-effort AI content is only the latest issue
Quiz content with incorrectly marked answers that never get fixed despite week after week of "feedback to the author" sent. Internally inconsistent with its terminology. Blatant sexism in tips. Broken text fields. Absolute garbage UX flow that can't even get a multiple choice quiz right. AI-generated "podcast" discussions to recycle content and give it a longer run to run up subscription times. These are just a handful of the things I've run into using this mandated training app over the last few months. They front load you with videos that give the appearance of quality to whatever HR department is tricked into signing an expensive year-long contract with this company, and by the time the AI slop shows up it's too late. Everything about this operation is suspect. If your boss is subjecting you to this app, I'm sorry and commiserate. If you are in charge of initiating these programs on your employees, reconsider. The information and techniques described are at times useful, but there is realistically only 6 weeks of "content" here that is then endlessly recycled and repeated. Nobody loves rewatching these training videos, and they make no real effort to make them actually engaging. Whomever is responsible for updating the content, if they even exist, is not with the company. Multiple people report the same issues week after week, cycle repeat after cycle repeat. It's not hard to change the answers to a quiz, this company simply doesn't because they time and time again use the lowest effort solutions while giving the surface-level appearance of quality.
