First time/ last time/ bus didn’t even stop!
I was taking the bus Saturday, for the first time ever. I was very nervous so I got there extra early. As I went to walk up to the bus it drove by the bus stop area. It slowed to about 5 mph and just kept going. While I foolishly attempted to chase down the bus. I missed a very important meeting. I see my prior anxiety was for a good reason… I couldn’t believe it!!!

Horrible app, horrible company
Peter Pan Bus changed my scheduled bus time so I’d now be arriving over an hour and a half later to my destination. I have to get to a meeting, and there’s no way to get a refunded ticket. Customer service sent me a broken link to their “requests” submission page, and their rescheduling option doesn’t work on the website or mobile app. I’m never taking Peter Pan again.
