Spaces is our staff application, which helps you connect your Goki hardware, create master keys, generate guest PINs, manage access, run lock audits and manage your space.
Connect Goki Hardware.
Unbox your beautiful new Goki Smart Locks and connect them using Spaces app. Simply add a room in Spaces and connect a Smart Disc or Smart Lock to access that room.
Master Keys
Once your rooms are set-up you can access them with the tap of a button in Spaces or you can use the app to encode a Goki Tag wristband and let your housekeeping staff access all areas of your property. Also useful for local authorities who need access in case of an emergency - fire brigade, police, etc.
Guest Access
Use Spaces you generate 4-digit PINs for your guests - one-time PINs, time-based PINs and admin PINs that never expire for staff.
Lock Audits
Need to know who has accessed the room and at what time? There’s an app for that - Spaces! Simply retrieve a lock audit and see who has entered the room in real-time.
Space Management
Jump to any property easily from the app, get updates on battery status and lock health and run lock diagnoses to understand issues (and share with developers).
