iPECS ONE is a Unified Communication & Collaboration suite available in iPECS Cloud.
From Phase 2.0, the “Spaces” is enabled in menu for collaboration hereunder explained.
Please be reminded that the “Spaces” menu will be activated for ONE premium / collaboration users only.
Therefore, Entry/Standard user license shall be upgraded to have Spaces in his web client as well as mobile apps.
Hereunder, as of Phase 2.0, iPECS ONE premium users will have key user interfaces in 4 menus.
Contacts – shows buddy list/favorites for users’ own setting and company’s organization
Calls – provides call logs, telephony voice/video call features including server-based call recording
Chats – gives 1:1 or group chat, group call and file attachment status
Spaces – provides a virtual work place for team messaging, 15 parties HD video conferencing with sharing with anyone invited
A user can log-in thru multiple devices simultaneously with following capabilities.
- A single telephone number (+ a desktop phone)
- Simultaneous incoming call ringing
- Representative Presence (On-line/ Off-line/ Busy / DND)
- Call log/history
- Voice Mail Link
- On-going chat messages shown in all logged-in clients
- Synchronized contacts
- Seamless video conferencing (switched among devices)
