Lacks Access to Water Shutoff Vale
The new app is so bad. Too gimmicky. Lacks Access to Water Shutoff Vale. Don’t update from the old app until they straighten this out.

Fixed
I’m revising my review. I trashed the app after the last update because of numerous glitches that made it useless. Those all seem to be fixed. I’m happy now. Please don’t change it again.

Treated Water Available incorrect
I am so happy this app is finally getting some support. The latest updates are a huge improvement and access to the Status numbers that include water used, days since recharged, etc. is VERY helpful. But the Treated Water Available never changes for me. It always shows 391 gallons regardless of when the system last recharged. This is with a Model Rheem RHW42. Thank you

Almost there
The latest app update has greatly improved things, but a couple more insights into device operation and features would greatly improve the app and device value. Too many devices are made WiFi connected without adding additional usefulness; adding insights and smarts greatly adds to their value. Would like to see a regeneration status page including resin capacity currently used along with total resin capacity, and dates/times of prior regenerations. A display for date/time that next regeneration is scheduled would be very useful, displaying estimated date otherwise if one is not yet scheduled. Please also allow viewing of detailed historical water usage for any specified past day, month, or year; not just the latest of each. An option to automatically actuate the shutoff valve if a continuous flow has met a specified criteria would also be very useful.

We were renting Culligan water softener prior to this rheem. It is much easier to manage and our water is softer. We love it.
