Gangnam Makeover is a participatory AR experience to re-imagine the standard of beauty in South Korea. 

Throughout 2020, we are collecting womens' thoughts about beauty and display the messages over cosmetic surgery advertisements in the Sinsa subway station. Message overlays are updated every day.
