App doesn’t login and support directs you to a foreign language site
I’ve never experienced such a convoluted process, I signed up for an account via Epics website before downloading the app. The app keeps stating “did you forget your password”. However when you try to reset your password by the states that there is not account found. When I clicked on support I was referred to a Spanish language website that was basically a movie site from another country!
