Card lock features
This app always has a technical problem. I was trying to lock my card but it kept saying there is a problem on there end. I’m really thinking about changing my bank because there is something wrong with this app almost every week

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE !!!
It always glitches & this is the second time it’s not letting me in to unlock my card so I can use it ! I was late for work & had to ask a family member for a loan to put gas in my car because I could not unlock my card !!! Keeps giving message that somethings wrong on their end and to try again in a “little while” HERE I AM 2 HOURS LATER AND ITS STILL NOT LETTING ME LOG INTO THE APP TO UNLOCK MY CARD !!!!! 2 HOURS !!!!! WHAT IF IT WAS AN EMERGENCY !!!! WHAT IF I WAS IN LINE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING !!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND I DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH MY MONEY !!!!! THIS IS SICK !!!
