RealDrives offers a rich and practical insight into what motivates individuals and teams on the basis of drives and a corresponding color language. It also shows how people perceive their own direct environment, their opinion about that environment and how they adjust their personal behavior accordingly.

RealDrives uses group dynamics to provide insight into team patterns. Teams are more than the sum of the individuals.
