Do Not Try to Schedule Orders On This App

This app is provided by my university, I thought it was a good way to schedule when to pick up my meal so I placed an order at noon, five hours before I wanted it so I could eat after my class. The app does not indicate when placing my order that the burrito will be made then, and only AFTER I pay does it say it'll be ready in 15 minutes past noon. I do not know if it is a glitch and my order will be ready in five hours, or my order will be ready in 10 minutes, the app is unclear. I cannot afford to re-order it later without a refund, nor can I order at it now instead of dinner. Do not try to place an order to be scheduled on the app!
