Today, over 2 billion people suffer from visual impairments due to the lack of accessibility of affordable and accurate medical diagnosis, as well as lack of awareness about the issue.
OcularCheck is a powerful mobile tool to improve the accessibility of healthcare by empowering individuals and communities to be able to accurately check their vision for free, for signs of myopia and other visual impairments. The app has been developed for use in underserved/rural areas of the world, including features such as: diagnostic accuracy, no internet requirement, auditory guides, high device compatibility, and multilingual optotypes, and more.
